Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Information
Delivery Times
Expected range is 6-10 days. Some orders can take a few days longer, depending on the size of the order and your location.
All orders are printed on-demand. Most print-on-demand products will have 1-2 day production time before items are packed and shipped. Shipping time depends on how far the delivery destination is from the printing facility. In the United States, for example, the orders are shipped via FedEx SmartPost. SmartPost offers low-cost shipping with the tradeoff of speed. For example, an item shipped via SmartPost on Monday, will arrive on Friday or Saturday.
Our print-on-demand partner will select a manufacturing facility that is closest to you, thanks to the distributed network of print shops located in the USA, UK, EU, and Australia.
After placing the items in the cart, when shipping address and shipping method are selected during the checkout process, our system will provide you with the production and total delivery times expected for the product.
Please note that when you place an order you will be notified of an estimated delivery time. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your products are delivered within the estimated timeframe, but shall not have any liability in that regard. We will notify you as soon as we become aware of circumstances that may cause substantial delay.
Available shipping methods
We use flat shipping standard shipping.
The cost for each item (and additional) is show on the product description pages (under sizes on the right side). For the USA, the shipping is often done via FedEx SmartPost (Ground Economy) - your package may be transferred to USPS for the mailbox delivery.Â
Gelato, our printing partner, works with 30+ shipping providers around the world. The shipping provider used depends on several factors including the country of production, the country of delivery, the shipping method selected, and more. You can always see the available shipping methods and providers where you place an order. A list of our distribution partners can be found below.

Order Tracking
All orders ship with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the status of the package in transit.
Desktop
Your tracking number will be available after your order has been printed and a shipping label is created. Tracking link for your order is available in the order details page. On the account page, select Orders from the left column menu to see the list of order history and select the order you want to check. You will find the tracking information on the right-hand side.
Using this tracking information, it is possible to check the shipping provider website to find out the status of shipment.
Mobile
The recipient of the parcel will receive a tracking link to the phone number that was added during the order process, if a mobile number is provided at the time of placing the order.
Customs Duties for countries where local production is not available
Local production in most regions of the world reduces the risk of having to pay custom duties or tax fees.
If you are in the following regions/countries, you will not need to pay custom duties or import taxes:
Australia, countries of the EU, Canada, UK, USA
You will be notified during your checkout process if your item will need to go through the customs.
Custom Duties:
For destinations where local production is not available, your item will be producted in the closest regional hub and shipped from there. Depending on the destination country of your order, customs duty, and tax fees may be assessed upon importation.
Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping
For some locations, "delivery duty paid" will be included in the shipping rate.
Countries with Delivery Duty Paid Service - low customs risk (included in shipping)
Anguilla, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Bermuda, Brunei Darussalam, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Curaçao, Cyprus, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Jamaica, Kenya, Kuwait, Macedonia (FYROM), Montenegro, Myanmar, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Virgin Islands (British), Virgin Islands (U.S.)
Countries with Delivery Duty Paid Service and high customs risk
For these countries, we have DDP setup such that the order can go through customs without any recipient action. However, due to the way local customs authorities operate, recipients will likely have to respond to requests (email/phone) from shipping providers or pay additional customs fees or to receive the order. These countries also have a higher risk of delivery delays due to variability in local customs processes. If customs authorities ask the recipient to pay additional fees, that must be covered by the recipient. We have this arrangement for the following countries:
Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, South Africa
Countries without Delivery Duty Paid Service
These countries do not offer possibility to setup DDP. When shipping to these countries, recipient must pay customs fees and respond to requests (email/phone) from shipping providers to receive the order.Â

Whether or not tax is due depends on the item purchased, the shipping destination, the buyer's location, the production (printing) location, and the actual tax rate determined by the applicable state/country and/or local tax rates.
You can find this information on the order detail page by clicking on the info callout next to "Tax"
Where Is My Order Produced?

Delivery to PO boxes
Packages that could not be delivered
All returned to the sender packages are disposed of safely due to the confidentiality of the printed materials.
This typically happens due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability. If the address issues that caused delivery failure are resolved, you can place a new order at any time.
